It’s psychologically proven that if you put your goals down in writing, you feel more accountable to strive towards them! 

I’ll start: Currently, one goal I have is to follow my training program consistently so I’ll be ready for a BIG adventure in February 🧗🛶🏃🏻‍♀️🚴‍♀️
